ATTENTION 6th GRADERS: Free school physical exams will be held Friday, April 14. Permission forms are due Monday, April 3. These are state-mandated exams. If you do not return a school permission form, you must be seen by your own private doctor before next school year starts. Contact your school nurse with questions or if you need another form.
