Good evening JCSD families, The Pennsylvania State Police conducted a safety check for registration, seat belts, license, etc, at Juniata Elementary School this morning. There were many cars present with lights on at the entrance to the school. There was no emergency at JES this morning. In the future you may see emergency vehicles at any of our schools throughout the school day. Sometimes they are just visiting and conducting a walk-through. Other times they are there for an emergency situation. Please know that in the event of an emergency we will provide information to you as soon as we can but there are times that it is not appropriate to send information out immediately.
